Rates (Paul)
$170 per 50-minute session
$300 for extended 1-3/4 hr. session
$220 for initial intake session ( 1-1/2 hr.)
Payment at time of service that does not require insurance billing receives a $20 discount per session.
Rates (Mary)
No insurance accepted. Private Pay with sliding scale available.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is Paul Giancarlo, LCSW and in-network or out-of-network provider?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my co-pay
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
